The Italian aftermarket specialists from Novitec Tridente revealed today a new powerkit and a discreet body kit for the Maserati Ghibli. Novitec's powerkit for the Maserati Ghibli includes upgrades for all available engines. The 3.0-liter diesel version of the Maserati Ghibli gets an additional 47 PS for a total of 322 PS at 3,800 rpm and 680 Nm of torque at 2,200 rpm. That's to this power upgrade, which is called the N-Tronic performance module, the Novitec Maserati Ghibli is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5.6 seconds. This is 0.7 seconds faster than the standard version of the car. For the Maserati Ghibli 2 and S Q4, Novitec's powerkit increases the output of the powertrain to 476 PS and 640 Nm of torque between 1,700 and 4,900 rpm.
For these versions of the Novitec Ghibli the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint time drops to 4.4 seconds and the top speed increases to 284 km/h and 294 km/h.
Novitec's new body kit for the Maserati Ghibli, which is priced at 3,120 EUR, includes front and rear spoilers and side skirts. The new 22-inch light alloy wheels are priced at 3,980 EUR. Novitec did not disclose the price of their new power kit for the Maserati Ghibli.
