The Alfieri comes with a 6-speed, electro-actuated gearbox, a special exhaust layout, a limited slip diff, a rigid torque tube, and Brembo carbon ceramic brakes.

The Maserati Alfieri is also equipped with bi-xenon-LED headlights and DRLs, and three dimensional rear lights.
