Announced at the end of last year, the Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss had its live unveiling yesterday during the opening of this year's Detroit auto show. The Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss is inspired by the SLRs of the 1950s which were winning race after race with Stirling Moss at the wheel. Priced at 750,000 Euros, the car will only be built in 75 units.
The Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss is powered by a V8 engine that's capable of delivering 650 hp and can take the supercar from 0 to 62 mph in 3.5 seconds. It's top speed is 217 mph.
If you have the money, and want to run at more than 200 mph without a windscreen, you'll be able to order your Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss from June this year.
