Miami Vice Ferrari Testarossa On Auction

Mecum Auctions announced recently that the 1986 Ferrari Testarossa used for filming Miami Vice will go on auction on August 13-15. The Miami Vice Ferrari Testarossa will go under the hammer at the Mecum Daytime Auction in Monterey. This special Ferrari Testarossa was driven by Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas in the hit TV series from the 1980s. The auction is going to be held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa – Del Monte Golf Course. This 1986 Testarossa is powered by a 4.9-liter 12-cylinder engine that develops 390 hp. The supercar was driven for 16,124 miles and apparently, it is in perfect working condition. Ferrari North America and Ferrari Classiche both authenticated as the car used in the Miami Vice series. Its engine has been serviced recently.

Unfortunately, Mecum Auctions did not release any details regarding how much they expect it to fetch.
