The electric mini has been presented yesterday at the La Auto Show and today BMW has released an official Mini E video showing the new model on the streets of Los Angeles. The Mini E is part of a pilot program in which 500 units will be tested and daily use. The Mini E is powered by an electric motor that outputs 150 kW/204 hp, 220 Nm of torque and offers a 240 km or 150 miles range. The tops peed of the Mini E is 95 mph and the car is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.5 seconds.
