Chris Harris from the British magazine Evo had the chance of driving the new M car and posted this new BMW 1 Series M Coupe video on the web. Unfortunately, the BMW 1 Series M Coupe he tested is still covered in lots of camo tape, however, he does manage to get a first impressions regarding the car. The clip includes some new insights on the way the BMW 1 Series M Coupe drives, handles and feels.
The BMW 1 Series M Coupe will go on sale in the summer of 2011, but you'll get the first chance to see it live at the Detroit Auto Show in January 2011.
The BMW 1 Series M Coupe will be powered by the 3.0 liter inline six cylinder biturbo engine and
will have an output of 340 hp. The BMW 1 Series M Coupe will be rear-wheel-drive, obviously, and will have a proper six speed manual gearbox.
