A few spy images of a mystery BMW M3 have surfaced on the web yesterday showing a performance modified car. Most sources believe this is the new BMW M3 CSL. It appears the new BMW M3 CSL will lose the high boot lid edge in favor of full grown boot wing and will come with dark rims. Visually, these are the only differences between the new BMW M3 CSL and the standard M3.
Hysterically, the CSL version of the M3 is lighter than the standard car and has a higher HP output. Rumors say the new BMW M3 CSL will lose around 100 kg, mostly by using carbon fiber body parts and thinner glass.
The BMW M3 CSL will be powered by the 4.0 liter V8 engine that will receive a number of upgrades. It's said the new BMW M3 CSL will feature larger air intakes, newly developed valves and a carbon-fiber airbox. This will total an output of 470 bhp.
