Noble M600 Roadster Announced

 »  »  »

Noble released today the first rendering of the M600 Roadster and announced that the open-top version of their supercar might become a reality. So far, no technical details have been released, however, we assume that the roadster will have basically the same specifications as the coupe. This means that the power will come from a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine developed by Yamaha, which has an output of 650 hp at 6800 rpm and 640 lb-ft of torque at 3800 rpm. With this engine, the coupe can get from nought to 60 mph in 3 seconds. The Noble M600 Roadster could be a bit slower than that, since it might be heavier. Its top speed might be the same 225 mph. Noble's roadster M600 could get from zero to 120 mph in around 9 seconds.

The Noble M600 Roadster is going to be equipped with a Graziano 6-speed manual gearbox, coilover Multimatic shock absorbers and a tubular space frame chassis.

We'll have more details about the M600 Roadster as soon as Nobel makes them available.
