Opel One Euro Car

In today's economy, Opel (Vauxhall) goes ahead an announces the One Euro Car. Don't get your hopes up just yet. That's not the price of the actual car, but it's the cost of running it for 100 km, or so says Opel. Opel's One Euro Car is a lightweight electric car concept which will have its world debut at the 64th Frankfurt International Motor Show next week. The "Opel One Euro Car" is a zero-emission urban vehicle powered by an electric motor, which juiced by a battery. Opel says it has a top speed of 120 km/h and it can travel up to 100 km/h on the highway with just 1 Euro.

Opel hopes that their new electric concept, which is inspired by the Ampera, will create a new market segment. The "One Euro Car" is a

two-seater, its passengers travelling in tandem, which is suitable for your buyers. Opel can even build one for sixteen year-olds, which will be limited to a top speed of 45 km/h.
