Renault announced at the end of last week the price of the Twizy for the European market. The Renault Twizy will be available in two versions, the base version, with a 17 hp motor, and the Twizy 45 which has a 5 hp motor. The advantage of Renault's Twizy 45 is that in some countries, it doesn't require a driving license.
The Renault Twizy is much safer than a two-wheel vehicle, offers 50 liters of luggage space, thanks to a semi-rigid all-purpose bag, and offers extra protection against bad weather and the cold. The Renault Twizy price list starts at 6,990 EUR for the Twizy 45, which comes with a 45 EUR per month lease of the battery. The base Renault Twizy will be available in two trim levels, Urban, priced from 7,690 EUR with EUR 49/month for the battery and Technic, which will cost you 8,490 EUR and the same amount for leasing the battery.
