The Italian tuners have released today the Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 upgrade program which they believe, it will be able to defeat the mighty ZR1. Apparently, the Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 is able to output 670 hp, which is more than the ZR1, and to accelerate from 0 to 200 km/h in 10 seconds. The tuner rates the top speed of the Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 at 340 km/h.

The Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 is powered by the standard 7-liter LS7 engine that has been upgraded to output 677 hp at 6000 rpm and 823 Nm of torque at 4950 rpm. To get the extra horse, the Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 has received a new exhaust system, and a re-mapped ECU. The upgraded ZO6 is able to get from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds.

The Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 has received 20 inch alloys, a new suspension system and bigger brakes with 6-piston calipers up front and 345 mm with 4 piston calipers at the rear. The brake discs are 380 mm.

The Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 has received various carbon fiber aerodynamics parts and an updated interior, including Recaro seats.



The Romeo Ferraris Corvette Z06 price has not been announced.
