The Tesla Roadster electric sports car gets reviewed by Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson in the latest episode of the popular British TV show. Mr. Clarkson, although very impressed by Tesla's performance, believes the electric car is still unpractical. Mostly because the Lotus Elise based Tesla Roadster needs a long time to re-charge. Compared to the Elise, the Tesla Roadster puts out a lot more performance, but it doesn't offer the same handling characteristics as its petrol burning relative.
