The Toyota Prius v concept is powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine with VVT-i engine developing 98 hp at 5,200 rpm and 105 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. The permanent magnet synchronous motor of the Toyota Prius v concept outputs an additional 80 hp and 153 lb-ft torque.
