The Mercedes specialists from Vath revealed today a new aftermarket program for the latest generation of the SLK (2012). Vath's new Mercedes SLK is based on the R172 SLK 350 version of the model, which is powered by a 3.5-liter engine. Thanks to a remapped ECU, the new Vath SLK develops 230 kW / 330 hp and 390 Nm of torque. This is enough to propel it to a top speed of 269 km/h. Vath also upgraded the brakes of the 2012 SLK, and fitted it with a bespoke stainless steel exhaust system.

The Vath Mercedes SLK (2012) sits on 20-inch wheels and comes with an adjustable suspensions system. The ride height of Vath's SLK can be lowered from 20 mm to 65 mm. Vath's aerodynamics changes for the 2012 SLK are minimal.

The body kit includes a carbon fiber front spoiler lip and a boot lid spoiler. For the interior of the 2012 Mercedes SLK, Vath is offering various carbon fiber trim elements.

The price of Vath's tuning program for the new Mercedes SLK (2012) is set at 25,192 EUR.
