Today it's time for Tiff Needell from Fifth Gear to review the BMW 1 Series M coupe. For the purpose of this test, Tiff takes the 1 Series M coupe to Scotland where he manages to find some deserted mountain roads. In this clip, the 1 Series M Bimmer is tested for ride comfort, which is bit hard when the road gets bumpy, handling and agility. Even though the BMW 1 Series M is equipped with a twin-turbocharging system, the turbo lag is still there if you're not in the appropriate gear.
The BMW 1 Series M coupe offers almost the same levels of performance as its bigger brother, the M3. However, its price is considerably lower in comparison to the M3's.
The BMW 1 Series M has a 3-liter engine developing 335 hp and 450 Nm of torque. although its top speed is limited to 155 mph, it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.9 seconds.
