The aftermarket specialists from Wimmer RS revealed recently a new aftermarket program for the KTM X-BOW GT, which had its world debut in Geneva this year. The Wimmer RS KTM X-BOW is powered by the same 2.0-liter Turbocharged Audi engine as the standard model, put it's rated with an output of 435 hp at 6,400 rpm and 500 Nm of torque at 2.860 rpm. This is 150 hp and 180 Nm of torque more than the regular KTM X-BOW GT. With the extra power, the Wimmer RS X-BOW is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.3 seconds and to 120 mph (200 km/h) in 11.7 seconds. Wimmer's X-BOW is able to reach a top speed of 153 mph (246 km/h). To get the extra horsepower, Wimmer RS fitted the KTM X-BOW with H shaft rods, forged pistons, a bespoke turbo, a 100-cell sport cat with a Y-pipe, and a sports exhaust system.

The Wimmer KTM X-BOW is also fitted with a high-pressure pump, a pre-feed fuel pump, a special water pump, and a re-mapped ECU.

For the interior of the KTM X-BOW, Wimmer RS is offering a leather dashboard, a new hand brake lever, and a multi-function switch for the navigation system. There's also a new set of rims. Wimmer did not disclose the price of their mods for the KTM X-BOW yet.
