Wimmer revealed this week a trio a modified KTM X-BOW race cars called the GT, the R and the RR. The Wimmer RST KTM X-BOW GT, R and RR come with a modified ECU, a handmade stainless steel sport exhaust system, an optimized chassis, and high-performance brakes. The Wimmer RST KTM X-BOW GT features a modified turbo, an optimized high compression pump and intake system, a modified engine and an EVO 2 carbon fiber rear wing with adjustable flaps. Wimmer's KTM X-BOW GT develops 485 hp (357 kW) and 520 Nm of torque. Thanks to a weight of just 850 kg Wimmer's KTM X-BOW GT is able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds and it can pull as much as 1.5 G in lateral acceleration. Its top speed is rated at 160 mph (255 km/h). Wimmer set the price of the KTM X-BOW GT at 130,000 Euros.
The Wimmer RST KTM X-BOW R comes with similar modifications, and it develops 455 hp (335 kW) and 500 Nm of torque. Its top speed is rated at 154 mph (248 km/h). The Wimmer RST KTM X-BOW R's price is set at 120,000 Euros. The Wimmer RST KTM X-BOW RR is priced at 110,000 Euros and it develops 370 hp (272 kW).
