This highly modified off-road vehivcle, which apparently is based on a Jeep, has recently set the world record for dirving on water (also known as hydroplaning or aquaplaning). This Jeep is powered by a 1,600 hp twin-turbo engine developed by Nelson Racing. Gudbjorn Grimsson managed to drive it on water for a total distance of 1,001 feet over a river. His speed was measured at 87 km/h.
