Abarth revealed today the limited edition 695 Biposto Record, which is based on the Fiat 500. The Abarth 695 Biposto Record's price starts at 36,610 GBP OTR and they plan to build just 133 of them. Each one is going to feature an exclusive Modena Yellow exterior finish with Tar Cold Grey trim parts. The Abarth 695 Biposto Record has just two seats and weighs just 997 kg. Its power comes from a 1.4-liter T-Jet 16-valve turbocharged engine that puts out 190 hp at 5500 rpm and 250 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm. Thanks to its low weight and a 5.2 kg/hp weight-to-power ratio, the Abarth 695 Biposto Record is able to rocket from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 5.9 seconds and to reach a top speed of 143 mph. The equipment list of the 695 Biposto Record includes 18-inch OZ alloy wheels, Brembo brakes, an Akrapovic exhaust system, a instrument panel, Sabelt carbon shell seats with four point seatbelts and a cargo net.
The Abarth 695 Biposto Record is also equipped with a mechanical self-locking differential, and a manual synchromesh gearbox.
