Fiat 500 Abarth Powerkit by Pogea Racing

The specialists from Pogea Racing revealed recently a new powerkit for the small, but mighty, Fiat 500 Abarth. Pogea Racing managed to get through the password protected ECU of the Fiat 500 Abarth and reprogrammed it. As a result, Pogea's power kit for the 500 Abarth increases the Fiat's horsepower output to 168 hp. In fact, Pogea developed two powerkit for the 500 Abarth. Their Stage 1 Abarth 500 develops 162 bhp at 4,900 rpm and 275 Nm of torque at 3,100 rpm. The stage 2 upgrade increase the output of the Abarth to 168 bhp at 4,900 rpm and 285 Nm of torque at 3,100 rpm. These figures are measured at the crankshaft, and not the wheels. Thanks to the extra power delivered by Pogea's performance kit, the new Fiat 500 Abarth is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 6.6 seconds.

It can reach a top speed of 226 km/h.

The Stage 1 version of the new power kit is priced at 819 EUR. Stage 2 is going to cost you 919 EUR. Apart from the performance package, Pogea is also offering various other mods for the 500 Abarth. These include a carbon fiber body kit (spoilers, splitters and intakes, bonnets, NACA profiles, Trofeo air intakes, mirror caps, roof spoilers, wings, side skirts) and 18-inch alloys.

Currently Pogea is working on a turbo-infused powerkit for the Fiat 500 Abarth. Their turbocharged version of the Abarth 500 is going to deliver 330 hp!
