| BMW released recently the first teaser clip for the new 2 Series Coupe, which is going to be revealed at the end of this week. The BMW 2 Series Coupe is expected to go on sale in March next year, but currently, there are no details regarding its pricing. BMW is going to sell the 2 Series in a number of versions, including the 218i, the 225i and the 220d. Various sources are reporting about a performance version of the new coupe, which is going to be called the BMW M235i. The top of the range version of the 2 Series is going to be the BMW M2. Both, the BMW M2 and the M235i are going to be powered by the 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine, which is rated at 350 hp and 320 hp respectively. The BMW M2 is going to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.6 seconds, while the M235i will accomplish the same task in 4.9 seconds. The BMW M2 will go on sale in 2015 and it's going to be priced at around 53,000 EUR. We'll have more details about the BMW 2 Series Coupe on October 25th, 2013. | |||||||
