Oops! We published on October 3rd that the 2008 BMW 6 Series Coupe and Convertible will go on sale in UK on October 7, 2007 . Don’t go rushing in the first BMW dealership just yet. We might have misunderstood the press release here : 2008 BMW 6 Series Coupe and Convertible in UK . The "on sale" date was not very clear so BMW made it CLEAR today: the 2008 BMW 6 Series Coupe and Convertible will go on sale in UK on Saturday 27 October, 2007.

Further to the release sent out on Wednesday 3 October, BMW UK would like to clarify that the on-sale date of the new BMW 6 Series Coupe and Convertible is Saturday 27 October.
The launch of the new 6 Series Coupe and Convertible at the end of the month follows September’s introduction of new 1, 3 and 5 Series, Z4, X3 and X5 models featuring BMW’s EfficientDynamics technologies.
