Daimler premiered at this year's New York Auto Show the slightly facelifted, U.S. spec, 2009 Mercedes GL Class. Apart from the refreshed exterior and interior, the company says the new 2009 Mercedes GL Class facelift offers 5 percent lower fuel consumption making the car Euro 5 compliant.
The new exterior features of the 2009 Mercedes GL Class facelift include new bumpers, a new chrome underguard at the front and rear, revised chrome tailpipes and a new radiator grille with fog lamps/daytime driving lights. The interior of the 2009 Mercedes GL Class facelift features leather/ARTICO man-made leather seats, new instrumentation, a multifunction steering wheel and crash-responsive NECK-PRO head restraints.
