Kicherer has released the Mercedes GL42 Black Line, their latest upgrade program for the Mercedes GL Class. The Kicherer Mercedes GL42 Black Line is based on the GL 420 CDI that has received a power upgrade. The hides a V8 engine under the bonnet that has received an ECU upgrade and outputs 360hp and 900Nm of torque. This translates in a higher top speed of 280km/h. The electronic suspension of the Kicherer Mercedes GL42 Black Line has been adjusted to offer a much sportier characteristic curve.
The Kicherer Mercedes GL42 Black Line features a two-pass sports exhaust system and an offroad package that includes running boards, larger fenders, a new grille and a roof-edge spoiler.
The interior of the Kicherer Mercedes GL42 Black Line features a sports steering wheel and carbon fiber trim parts.
