The tuners from Carlsson announced today that they will premiere a new aftermarket program for the Mercedes GL, called the CGL45, at this year's Frankfurt auto show. The Carlsson CGL45 is basically a styling package for both the exterior and the interior of the GL Class. The aerodynamics of the CGL45 have been developed in the wind tunnel and include wider wheel arches, a new front spoiler with integrated LED daytime running lights, a radiator grille, a new rear apron and side skirts.
Carlsson equipped their CGL45 Mercedes GL with a new exhaust system with four oval stainless steel pipes, a C-Tronic SUSPENSION which lowers the SUV's ride height by 30 mm, and 22-inch silver light alloy wheels.
At the interior, the Carlsson CGL45 features illuminated door sills, various logos, and aluminum pedals. The price of the new Mercedes GL tuning program will be announced at a later date.
