New details of the 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG have emerged last night and apparently, the new version will be launched next year. Recently, the 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG was spotted testing on the Nurburgring race track and it seems it will be powered by the company's new 5.5-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. This means the 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG will develop 544bhp 590lb.-ft. of torque, but if you think this is not enough, a an AMG performance pack will be made available. With the extra parts under the hood, the 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG will output 563bhp and 663lb.-ft. of torque.

The 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG will have a smaller turbo, for less lag at low rpm and a larger one which will kick in at higher revs.

Most sources believe the next-gen 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG will be equipped with the same 7-speed gearbox as the one on the new E Class.

Another interesting aspect regarding the new generation of the four-door coupe is that the company is preparing 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG wagon. We can't imagine how this would look like.

The 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG coupe is expected to debut at the next Paris auto show and the wagon is

expected at the Beijing motor show.

The 2011 Mercedes CLS63 AMG price and on sale date will be announced later.
