Citroen revealed today the C-Elysee, which is yet another budget four-door sedan for the European market. The Citroen C-Elysee was developed for families, offering plenty of interior room, as well as a 506-liter boot. To power the C-Elysee, Citroen chooses their VTi 72 petrol engine, which has an output of 72 hp, obviously. Other engine could also be made available, depending on the market. The C-Elysee is going to come equipped with air conditioning with digital readout, an MP3 audio system and Bluetooth connectivity. Unfortunately, Citroen does not disclose any details regarding the C-Elysee's safety systems, or its optional and standard equipment lists.
The Citroen C-Elysee was designed to be w workhorse for families everywhere, as it's equipped with a suspension clearance and protective guards.
The high ride height however, could spell poor handling, even though the car is suitable for most European road conditions.
The Citroen C-Elysee's price has not been announced yet, but the French carmaker says it will put it on sale towards the end of 2012, in Turkey, Spain, Central Europe and Algeria.
