At the end of last week, Ford revealed the updated 2013 F-Series Super Duty, which will be available as an F250, an F350 or an F450 pickup. Ford's new Super Duty F-Series (2013) will be powered by either a 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel engine or a 6.2-liter V8 gasoline one. Some of the novelties brought by the 2013 F-Series include first-ever Platinum series, as well as the SYNC system with MyFord Touch (this technology is presented in the video lower down this page). Ford's Super Duty Platinum (2013) comes with several distinctive features, such as new front grille with a chrome surround and a perforated mesh, a monochromatic front bumper and chrome tow hooks. Other chromed elements of the Platinum Super Duty include the door handles, mirror caps, running boards and the exhaust tip.

The 2013 Ford F-Series Super Duty Platinum sits on 20-inch alloys with black inserts and features several badges and other unique trim parts. For the interior of the 2013 Super Duty Platinum, Ford is offering wood grain styling accents, a heated leather steering wheel, USB connectivity, an SD card slot and a 12-volt charging port. The new Super Duty Platinum F-Series (2013) comes as standard with:

- SYNC with MyFord Touch
- Navigation System
- Power-adjustable pedals
- Rear view camera
- Remote Start System
- Universal garage door opener
- Power-telescoping mirrors.

The 2013 Ford F-Series Super Duty's price list and availability will be announced at a later date.
