The 2017 Ford F150 Raptor's engine specs and equipment list have been announced, as the new generation of the high-performance pickup truck debuts today at the 2015 NAIAS in Detroit. According to the official specifications, the 2017 Ford F150 Raptor is powered by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine. However, the horsepower and torque output of this engine have not been announced yet. The 0-62 mph acceleration time and top speed of the new Ford F150 Raptor (2017) have not been announced either. Ford equips the 2017 F150 Raptor with a 10-speed automatic transmission, an AWD system, a torque-on-demand transfer case and mechanical-locking four-wheel drive. The 2017 Ford F150 Raptor's equipment list includes LED headlights, new front and rear bumpers, wider wheel arches, various vents, 17-inch alloys and BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires.

The new Ford F150 Raptor (2017) is also equipped with a Terrain Management System with six settings (Normal, Street, Weather, Mud / Sand, Baja and Rock). These settings change the characteristics of the truck's powertrain, driveline, traction control system, anti-lock brakes and AdvanceTrac stability control system.
