Ford revealed the F150 Halo Sandcat, which is inspired by the United Nations Space Command vehicle from the popular video game. The Ford F150 Halo Sandcat is going to have its world debut at E3 to mark the launch of the Halo 5: Guardians video game. The Halo 5: Guardians video game is going to be launched on October 27 and it is going to be available for the Xbox One gaming console. Ford developed the F150 Halo Sandcat in collaboration with 343 Industries and Galpin Auto Sports. The customized SUV is based on the 2015 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4. It is powered by the 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine and it is equipped with the FX4 off-road package. The Ford F150 Halo Sandcat is equipped with the Baja XTR off-road conversion kit from Addictive Desert Designs.
This means it features FOX Racing shocks, Deaver leaf springs, a Currie full floater rear axle, ADD fenders, side steps, a chase rack and 17-inch off-road wheels and tires. There's also a Halo body wrap. At the interior, the Ford F150 Halo Sandcat features an Xbox One gaming console with displays mounted in the rear head restraints.
