The Blue Oval revealed this week the new 2016 Ford F150 Limited, which is expected to be the most luxurious version of the pickup truck built so far. Ford's new F150 Limited (2016) is set to go on sale this winter, however, its price list has not been announced yet. Ford says it will be priced below the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT. According to the official specs, the 2016 F150 Limited is going to be sold with a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine, which guarantees a maximum towing capacity of up to 10,100 pounds. This is possible thanks to its 365 hp and its 420 lb.-ft. of torque. Ford's specifications say that the 2016 F150 Limited is able to offer an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 17 mpg in the city, 24 mpg on the highway and 20 mpg in the combined cycle.

The engine is mated to a an electronic 6-speed automatic transmission, tow/haul and sport modes, and with SelectShift with progressive range select. The AWD versions of the 2016 Ford F150 Limited come with a 2-speed automatic four-wheel-drive system that automatically shifts between 2WD and 4WD.

The 2016 Ford F150 Limited's equipment list includes 22-inch wheels, a distinctive front grille, satin-finished chrome badges, and various chrome exterior trim parts, including the exhaust tailpipes.
