Kia announced today that it's going to premiere the new 2013 Carens at the 2012 Paris Auto Show on September 27. The Kia Carens is a new version of the MPV, with a sleek design and a low roofline. In comparison to the previous generation, the 2013 Kia Carens has a longer wheelbase, larger wheels and a cab-forward design. This means that the new Carens (2013) will offer a much more modern look than the current model, more interior space and a more generous luggage space. The comfort will most definitely be improved. The general design theme of the 2013 Carens is "dynamic space". Kia promises that the new Carens (2013) will be able to offer "an emotional appeal" while providing plenty of functionality.
Unfortunately, Kia did not disclose any technical details regarding their new people carrier. We can assume they will sell the 2013 Carens with a choice between petrol and diesel engines, and with an automatic transmission.
