Kia revealed yesterday their new luxury sedan, which is called simply the K9. No, it has nothing to do with dogs. The K9 is part of Kia's K-series line of products, which are sold on its home market (Korea) only. Kia did not disclose any type of technical details regarding the K9, apart from the fact that the sedan will have a rear-wheel-drive system. In terms of design, the Kia K9 features the brand's "face", which includes LED headlights and the so-called "tiger-nose" radiator grille. Another design feature that Kia wants to emphasize is K9's muffler, which is integrated into the rear bumper.
The Kia K9 will be sold on other markets around the world too. However, on these markets it will have a different name.
