Toyota announced today the 2013 Land Cruiser’s price list for the UK market. The 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser V8 will go on sale on the British market on March 1, 2012, offering completely re-engineered SUV, with a new engine. The 2013 Land Cruiser V8 is powered by a 4.5-litre turbodiesel engine, which is equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and a new common rail system. The 2013 Land Cruiser V8's common rail system features revised fuel injectors, which offer improved economy and lower CO2 emissions. The new powertrain of the 2013 Land Cruiser V8 includes six-speed automatic transmission and develops 268bhp (200kW) at 3,600rpm and 650Nm of torque between 1,600 and 2,800rpm. The new Land Cruiser V8 complies with the Euro 5 CO2 emissions standards.
The 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser UK price (on-the-road) is set at £62,285 GBP. This of course, is the 4x4's base price, which goes up as soon as you start adding the various optional extras Toyota is offering.
The equipment list of the 2013 Land Cruiser V8 includes several innovations, such as the Turn Assist system, the Crawl Control, Tyre Angle Display and the Variable Flow Control power steering. The Turn Assist system enables the 2013 Land Cruiser to take sharper turns while driving off-road. The Crawl Control makes the job of climbing steep slopes a lot easier, while the Tyre Angle Display shows the steering angle.
