Hennessey revealed today a new supercharger kit for the 2015 Ford Mustang, as well as a new aerodynamic body kit. Based on the 5.0-liter V8 versions of the 2015 Mustang, Hennessey's HPE700 powerkit is going to be produced in just 500 units per year, at a price of $59,500 USD. This price includes the actual car. With 7.25 psi of boost, Hennessey's Roots-type high-helix supercharger increases the output of the new Ford Mustang GT (2015) from 420 hp to 717 hp and 632 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm. Thanks to the extra ponies, the new Hennessey Mustang (2015) is able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds. It can run the quarter mile in 11.2 seconds at a top speed of 131 mph. Hennessey's ne supercharger kit for the 2015 Mustang V8 includes a high-flow throttle body, a stainless-steel exhaust system, new injectors, a more capable fuel pump, and a re-programmed ECU.
The 2015 Hennessey Mustang comes with a bespoke carbon fiber body kit, which includes a front splitter, side skirts, a rear diffuser and a boot lid spoiler. The muscle car sits on 20-inch Hennessey H10 alloys covered in Michelin Pilot Super Sport 2 tires, and Brembo high-performance brakes with 15.1-inch discs at the front.
