Vortech Superchargers is going to present at this year's SEMA show in Las Vegas the Ford Mustang Yellow Jacket. The Vortech Ford Mustang Yellow Jacket is powered by the 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine, which has received a V-3 Si supercharging system. With this setup, Vortech's supercharged Mustang Yellow Jacket develops 605 horsepower and 473 lb.-ft. of torque thanks to 7.5 psi of boost. Apart from the extra horsepower, the Vortech Mustang Yellow Jacket comes equipped with a carbon fiber hood, a Webasto custom electronic sunroof and 20-inch iForged Icon three-piece wheels covered in Falken Azenis FK453 tires. Vortech upgraded the suspension and brakes of the Mustang too. So, the Yellow Jacket Mustang receives a powder-coated Maximum Motorsports Road & Track box suspension and Baer 6S brakes with 6-piston calipers on all four corners.
Vortech did not disclose the price of the upgrades they installed in the Mustang Yellow Jacket.
