Audi revealed this week a new special edition version of the new R8 V10 plus, called the "selection 24h". The Audi R8 V10 plus "selection 24h" comes to celebrate the success of the R8 LMS, which managed to win 323 races since 2009. The Audi R8 V10 plus selection 24h is going to be built in just 24 units and it will come with the 5.2-liter engine, which is tuned to output 449 kW (610 hp). According to the official specifications, the "selection 24h" R8 is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.2 seconds and it's capable of reaching a top speed of 205 mph (330 km/h).
The Audi R8 V10 plus "selection 24h" comes with quite a few distinctive features. These include dynamic steering, adaptive damper control, laser lights, and a tricolor exterior finish (Suzuka gray with mythos black and Misano red highlights).
The front spoiler, the exterior mirror housings, the engine compartment cover, the rear wing, the diffuser and the sideblades of the Audi R8 "selection 24h" are all made of carbon fiber. The supercar also features black tailpipes, 20-inch anthracite black alloys, a full-leather upholstery, and illuminated door sills made of carbon.
An exclusive feature of the Audi R8 "selection 24h" are its door entry lights, which project the car's logo on the road. The price of this special edition version of the German supercar starts at 229,000 EUR. You can already order yours.
