The British aftermarket specialists from Potter and Rich revealed today a very special, one-off, Audi R8 V10 Plus, which they like to call the RECON MC8. The RECON MC8 Audi R8 V10 Plus comes with a full carbon fiber body kit and a massive power upgrade. The RECON MC8 powerkit for the Audi R8 V10 Plus includes a supercharger system, forged pistons, a modified 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and other high-performance parts. As a result, the RECON MC8 develops 950 hp and 900 Nm of torque. Unfortunately, Potter and Rich did not disclose the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time of their Audi R8 V10, nor its top speed. The RECON MC8 Audi R8 V10 Plus loses the standard Quattro all-wheel-drive system in favor of a RWD and it comes with a Drexler differential lock too.
The RECON MC8 comes with a full carbon fiber body kit, which includes front and rear bumpers, side skirts, a front splitter, a rear diffuser and wing, wider wheel arches, front side fins, new grilles, and various other trim parts. It comes with a full Alcantara interior and a 450 km/h speedometer. The RECON MC8 Audi R8 V10 Plus comes with 20-inch wheels front and 21-inch alloys at the rear. For track days, Potter and Rich is also offering a set of 18-inch BBS rims. The price of this beauty has not been disclosed yet.
