ABT Sportsline revealed recently a powerkit for the Audi S1 hot hatch. Audi's standard version of the S1 is powered by a 2.0 TFSI turbocharged petrol engine that develops 231 hp / 170 kW and 370 Nm of torque. Thanks to the new power kit, ABT's S1 is able to put out 310 hp / 228 kW and 440 Nm. Combine this with a low weight and you get quite a nice toy. ABT's powerkit for the Audi S1 includes a re-programmed ECU. Apart from the extra umpf, ABT's Audi S1 is also fitted with a sport suspension system that lowers the hatch's ride height by 30 millimeters. To improve the aerodynamics of the S1, ABT fitted its fenders with a set of inserts. The hot hatchback sits on a set of 18-inch DR- and Z5-Design light alloy wheels, finished in gun-metal or titanium matte.
For the interior of the S1 ABT is offering illuminated door sills and new floor mats.
The price of these upgrades is going to be announced at a late date.
