Numerous sources across the web are reporting today that GM is planning to release the Chevrolet Camaro LFX V6 version for the 2012 mode line-up. The Chevrolet Camaro LFX V6 will have a 3.6-liter engine developing 330 hp, which is more than 20 hp on top of what a Mustang can. The new engine of the Chevrolet Camaro LFX V6 will be E85 bioethanol capable and will also have variable valve timing.
The Chevrolet Camaro LFX V6 specs are not available at the moment. GM will release the fuel consumption, top speed, 0-62 mph acceleration time and other details of this sort at a later date.
The Chevrolet Camaro LFX V6 is expected to hit the market sometime during the next summer, together with the rest 2012 model line-up. The Chevrolet Camaro LFX V6 price list will also be announced then.
