The Dodge Journey Crossroad, which has been revealed this week, is based on the 2011 version of the model and it comes with off-road inspired styling. Dodge's Crossroad Journey comes with several distinctive features, such as new front and rear bumpers, re-styled side skirts, tinted headlights and rear lights, a blackened front grille, and black 19-inch alloys. For the interior of the Journey Crossroad, dodge is offering the 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen, remodeled leather seats with contrasting stitching and Liquid Graphite trim parts. The Journey Crossroad is powered by the 2.4-liter engine that's good for 173 hp and 166 lb.-ft. of torque, mated to a 4-speed automatic gearbox. The Dodge Journey Crossroad is also available with the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine that develops 283 hp and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, which comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Dodge equips the Journey Crossroad with a Platinum Chrome roof, fog lamp surrounds, a leather steering wheel and gear knob, and various other styling details. The Dodge Journey Crossroad's price is set at $24,995 MSRP, excluding the $995 destination charge. The Journey Crossroad will go on sale this spring, after its premiere at the 2014 Chicago auto show.
