The Fiat 500 was launched in 1957. This is 2 years earlier than the MINI. After exactly 50 years Fiat launched the new 500.

The Fiat 500 sits on a Fiat Panda chassis, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.5 seconds and has a top speed of 180 km/h. To keep in touch with the young generation it also has an iPod socket.

The guys at Fifth Gear think it's so good that it will over throne the MINI.
