After I received a phone call today I had to put off posting for e few hours. This got me a little irritated, but it went away quickly as a new Fiat 500 exited the Bucharest (Romania) Parliament Building right in front of me.

I managed the get this video of the Fiat 500 "in the wild" on my cell phone. Sorry about the video's quality. When you drive a manual - filming, shifting and driving all at the same time can be tricky.
