Ford Everest: Specs, Engines, Equipment

Ford revealed today the new Everest SUV and released its full specs, its engines line-up and it equipment list. The Ford Everest is based on the Ranger and it will go on sale sometime next year. However, Ford has not released its price list yet. The Ford Everest is going to be sold with a choice between several engines, including a 3.2-liter Duratorq TDCi, a 2.2-ltier Duratorq TDCi, and a 2.0-liter EcoBoost petrol engine. The Ford Everest is going to be available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic gearbox. The equipment list of the Ford Everest includes Adaptive Cruise Control, SYNC 2, Curve Control, Lane Keeping Aid and a Blind Spot Information System with Cross Traffic Alert. The Ford Everest comes with three rows of seats (7 seats in total) and 2,010 liters of cargo space.

Ford's specs say that the Everest comes with 225mm of ground clearance, an 800mm water-wading capability, and a 3,000 kg maximum towing capacity. Here are the full specifications and details of the Ford Everest.
