To mark Pirelli's anniversary, Heico Sportiv revealed today a customized version of the Volvo V40. The Heico Volvo V40 Pirelli is going to have its world debut on 20 May 2013 at 10 AM on the factory premises in Breuberg. Heico's Volvo V40 Pirelli is powered by the 1.6-liter turbocharged engine, which develops 147 kW (200 hp) and 300 Nm of torque. This is 37 kW and 60 Nm of torque more than the factory version of the Volvo V40. With the extra umpf, the Heico V40 Pirelli is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 7.9 seconds. This is 0.9 seconds faster than the standard version. The top speed of the V40 Pirelli is rated at 230 km/h. Heico equips their new Volvo V40 with 8x19-inch VOLUTION VII wheels and 235/35R19 Pirelli P Zero tires. The suspension has also been lowered by 30 mm.

The Heico Volvo V40 Pirelli features a new aerodynamic package that includes a new front spoiler with integrated LED DRLs, and a modified rear bumper with an integrated diffuser. Heico also fitted the Pirelli V40 with a bespoke exhaust system with four 120x74 mm stainless steel tail-pipes finished in chrome.

For the interior of the Volvo V40 Pirelli, Heico chose sport steering wheel, gear shift and hand brake handle, a piano-black speedometer casing and floating central console.
