Hennessey McLaren MP4 12C

Hennessey Performance injects some American muscle into the McLaren MP4-12C, which gets no less than 800 bhp! That's almost twice the amount the standard supercar has (450 hp). Hennessey's McLaren MP4-12C, called the HPE800 Twin Turbo, is a concept at the moment, but we're sure the aftermarket specialist will soon put it on sale. Apart from the massive performance increase, Hennessey also fits the MP4-12C with new aerodynamics, an upgraded suspension, and bigger brakes. The Hennessey MP4-12C's body kit is made from carbon fiber and includes new front and rear aprons, a huge rear diffuser, modified side skirts, a new bonnet and a discreet rear wing. Hennessey's new aero kit for the MP4-12C offers increased downforce and, thanks to the new hood, better cooling.

Hennessey's MP4-12C sits on huge Monoblock wheels, which are covered in high-performance Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Hennessey is also offering various bespoke parts for the interior of the MP4-12C.

Let's get back to the engine section. The Hennessey McLaren MP4-12C continues to be powered by the 3.8 liter 90 V8 engine, but it comes with several technical modifications. For starters, the ball-bearing turbochargers have been upgraded, as well as the intercooler, air intake and fuel and engine management system.

Hennessey also installed wastegates and blow-off valves, and gave the McLaren MP4-12C a new transmission cooler and a more robust transmission clutch system. This very special MP4-12C also comes with a Hennessey-developed titanium exhaust system.

The Hennessey McLaren MP4-12C price will be announced at a later date.
