The aftermarket specialists from DMC revealed this week their new tuning program for the McLaren MP4-12C, which is called the Velocita Wind Edition. The DMC McLaren MP4-12C Velocita Wind Edition is powered by the standard 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, which develops 595 hp and 599 Nm of torque. Thanks to DMC's powerkit the same engine delivers 660 hp and 680 nm of torque. The new power kit includes a re-programmed ECU and a Titanium sport exhaust system. Apart from the performance package, DMC's McLaren is also fitted with a more aggressive looking aerodynamic package. The new body kit includes a modified front bumper with side fins and a splitter, re-styled side skirts, a rear diffuser, a modified active rear spoiler and a hood scoop. The side mirror casings also seem to have been replaced.
DMC's McLaren MP4-12C is also fitted with various other styling parts, made of carbon fiber. Apparently, they left the interior of the supercar untouched. DMC did not disclose the price of their new modifications for the McLaren MP4-12C.
