Honda Civic Type R Render Looks Pretty Good

 »  »  »

We have to admit this 3D rendering of a possible future version of the Honda Civic Type R does look quite impressive. Even though it keeps the general look and feel of the current Civic Type R, it is much more aggressive looking. It features a wider body, with flared wheel arches featuring vents for cooling the brakes, and a set of massive concave wheels. The front bumper features more generous air intakes, a visible intercooler, modified front grille and restyled headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights. The designers of this Honda Civic Type R also imagined a new set of side mirrors, and a new hood. The hot hatch comes with a completely redesigned rear end. It comes with new rear lights, a shamelessly aggressive bumper with an integrated diffuser, and a massive carbon fiber rear wing.

They imagined the Honda Civic Type R with a bespoke sport exhaust system with two huge round tailpipes. Just thing about the exhaust sound it would make. Judging from its looks, this Honda Civic Type R would probably be powered by a more powerful engine than the current 310 hp 2.0-liter turbocharged one.
