Hyundai announced today the i40 price list for the United Kingdom market, where the new model is going on sale on from 5 January 2012. The Hyundai i40 will be available with a choice between three engines: 1.6 GDi, a 1.7 CDRi developing 115 PS and a 1.7 CDRi with an output of 136 PS. Available in three trim levels (Active, Style and Premium), the sedan version of the Hyundai i40 will be priced from 17,395 GBP for the base model, up to 24,895 GBP for the top of the range 1.7 CRDi 136PS Premium with an automatic transmission.
The standard features of the Hyundai i40 sedan include 16 inch alloys wheels, Bluetooth connectivity with voice recognition, a leather steering wheel with audio controls, electric
heated door mirrors with integrated LED indicators, and an electric parking brake with an automatic hold function. Some of the optional extras offered by Hyundai on the i40 sedan include a satellite navigation system, rear view camera, parking sensors, cruise control and dual zone climate control. The Hyundai i40 Premium comes with a leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, a keyless entry and a LCD color display. Some of the optional safety systems include Lane Departure Warning and Smart Parking Assist.
