Hyundai announced today the UK price list for the i40 Tourer (Estate), as the new model went on sale. Hyundai will sell the i40 Tourer in Britain in three trim levels (Active, Style and Premium) and with a choice between three engines. The entry level Hyundai i40 Tourer will be powered by a 1.6-liter GDI engine with a 140 g/km CO2 emissions level. The Tourer version of the Hyundai i40 will also be available with a 1.7-liter CRDI developing 136 PS and a 2.0-liter GDI unit.
The most economic and efficient version of Hyundai's i40 Tourer is the 1.7 CRDI Blue Drive, which outputs 115 PS. It has a 113 g/km CO2 emissions level and a 65.7mpg fuel consumption.
The Hyundai i40 Tourer UK price list starts at 18,395 GBP for the 1.6 GDI Blue Driver and goes up to 25,895 GBP for the 1.7 CRDI equipped with the automatic transmission. Hyundai's i40 Tourer 1.7 CRDI Blue Drive will cost you, depending on the optional extras you choose, no less than 19,395 GBP.
